Is it Possible For Everyone to Lose Their Fat Using No Surgery?

For more than a year and a half, Mike Geary has been advocating for no surgery weight loss for the general public. As the creator of the No Surgery Weight Loss system, which is based on a twelve-step program of healthy lifestyle changes, he deserves all the accolades one can dole out. At the same time, though, there are a number of criticisms directed his way. What follows is an analysis of these naysayers, as well as what the program holds for those who dare to try it.

The first person who accused Mike of being a sell out was his friend Dr. Michael Allen, a cardiologist and medical researcher. He too felt that the no surgery weight loss system had merit, but he accused Mike of twisting Dr. Allen's words to sell his book. To this end, when asked specifically about the no carb diet plan, he responded with, "You know as much as I do that this is complete bunk. There is no science to back up the claims."

Another detractor was a guy by the name of Jake Bernstein. He made a number of critical comments about the no carb diet pills. According to Jake, the diet pills can lead to dangerous side effects, including the possibility of "accelerated heart failure." Jake further stated, "There have been reports of patients using erectile dysfunction drug and impotence drug as aphrodisiacs." According to Jake, the no carb diet pills were "clearly over hyped and clearly lies." He added that the dangers are not outweighed by the benefits.

One of the biggest critics of the no carb diet was Dr. Arthur Agatston, M.D. According to Dr. Agatston, the no carb diet pill cannot help you lose weight. He also went so far as to say, "They do not give you any long term weight loss...they just help you drop some pounds so that you can keep going back to them." He went on to say that people who are looking to lose weight should stick to a healthy diet and exercise. He also recommended doing cardiovascular exercises, such as aerobic dance, which "has been shown to be effective in weight loss and improving health."

As mentioned earlier, the biggest detractor of the green tea diet was the use of the product as a means to achieving weight loss. The reason being, green tea contains large amounts of caffeine. Although the amount of caffeine is relatively small, it can cause jittery nervousness, fatigue, irritability and anxiety. These feelings will manifest themselves as physical symptoms such as lack of appetite and nausea. If you suffer from these symptoms, please stop taking the weight loss supplement immediately. You are causing yourself more harm than good.

One of the more popular no surgery weight loss programs, that has been proven successful, involves using a type of formula to assist your body to adjust to a lower level of overall body fat. This type of formula is called "Cellulite Repair", and it combines certain natural ingredients such as green tea and a proprietary blend of herbal proteins. This formula has been backed by several major medical researchers, including the world renown Senior Vice President of Research at GenFx, Dr. Mehmet Oz. In fact, Dr. Oz had introduced this particular formula into his show, while discussing the benefits of cellulite repair.

Another diet program that uses very high fat diets to aid in rapid body fat loss is known as "The Diet Solution". The creator of this diet program, Brad Pilon, had used the same type of diet for years as a way to lose his own weight. Many of his former clients are now using his system to help others lose their fat as well. This form of dieting, however, does not require any type of surgery, and Brad Pilon does recommend against undergoing any type of surgical procedure.

All of these types of diets have one thing in common. No surgery weight loss method will work for everyone. You will need to research each one of them to determine which will be best for you. As long as you make a conscious effort to increase your physical activity, and eat the right kinds of foods, you should be able to enjoy your new slim figure for years to come.

The Best Way To Overcome Weight Loss Challenges, Eat Before Bed

For the past few years, I've been a huge fan of the Princess Diaries franchise, so when I saw the new movie, I had to go out and find some YMCA Weight Loss Programs to help cheer me up. Now, it turns out that one of their programs might actually help you lose weight! But it won't just be for kids. Queen Amidala, the third of the five-day weight loss challenge, now challenges you to kneel before the Empress and plead with her for the chance to join her in the eternal battle against the Empire. One was sort of like it's now, sort of cute and pudgy, and kind of spongy and wacky. The second was a little more... pudgy and wrinkly, and not as soft as the second one. I liked the second better, because it actually looked kind of scary! I mean, they put a real Queen on the box. And yes, she looked rather terrifying, so maybe that counts for something? Unfortunately, in the movie, the Emperor isn't really much of a squash player. And you can tell that he's not real...
